“Deventures Kufri” is perched at 2720 meters, nested in the beautiful Himalayan mountains. The design project looks at creating a central hotel block, alongside stand along cottages spread around the site.

The design looks at maximizing the views and use of natural materials for the project to create a symbiotic relationship between the built and surroundings. Hotel rooms are located on the lower floors, while the upper floor makes use of the gable roof and a banquet space is nested there.

The design of the villas and the hotel block was done through iterative algorithms that calculated the optimum distance, privacy and views of the mountains.

Landscape of the project is designed respecting the steep slope of the site, where garden terraces are created with local regional to Kufri.
