Ashtech Presidential Towers is envisioned as a high-density vertical community where built form, open spaces, and amenities are woven into a cohesive whole. Studio Symbiosis has approached the project as a single, continuous design system — one where architecture and landscape are inseparable, and where the residential experience extends well beyond the apartment. The project is currently under construction.

The Masterplan — A Resort-Inspired Landscape at the Heart of the Site

The masterplan is structured around a clear spatial principle: residential blocks are arranged along the perimeter of the site, releasing the heart of the development as a continuous, experiential open realm. This move — pushing built density to the edges — creates a generous shared landscape at the centre, rather than the typical residual courtyards or paved plazas that characterise most high-density residential developments in NCR.

Shared amenities are embedded within this central zone, forming a primary experiential spine that weaves together recreational areas, water bodies, gardens, and the clubhouse through a layered sequence of outdoor rooms.
