M3M India and Smart World have officially announced the launch of two ultra-luxury branded residences in partnership with French couture house Elie Saab — M3M × Elie Saab on Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, and Smart World × Elie Saab, Noida. Studio Symbiosis, led by principal architects Amit Gupta and Britta Knobel Gupta, has been appointed Principal Architect for both developments, translating Elie Saab’s haute couture ethos into architecture across two landmark sites in the Delhi NCR region.

Elie Saab’s Debut in India — A New Benchmark in Luxury Living

The two projects mark the global fashion house’s first foray into Indian residential real estate, brought to life through a design collaboration that connects couture craftsmanship with architectural precision. M3M × Elie Saab rises within M3M’s 250-acre SCDA on the Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram — a vertical expression of quiet luxury offering panoramic views and a distinctly elevated residential experience. Smart World × Elie Saab, set within a six-acre master plan in Noida, integrates multi-level retail, curated dining, and landscaped open spaces at the podium level, with the private residential towers elevated above — opening to views of the golf course, Yamuna River, and expressway beyond.

Who designed M3M × Elie Saab and Smart World × Elie Saab?

Studio Symbiosis is the Principal Architect for both M3M × Elie Saab, Gurugram and Smart World × Elie Saab, Noida. Led by Amit Gupta and Britta Knobel Gupta, the firm is responsible for architecture and interior design of common areas across both developments, translating Elie Saab’s couture language into spatial and material form.

Couture Translated into Architecture

Studio Symbiosis has interpreted Elie Saab’s design language through spatial composition, proportion, and a considered material palette. The façades are fluid and free-flowing — a direct architectural echo of the atelier’s signature silhouettes — composed through nuanced gradients and refined detailing. Interiors and common areas carry this sensibility further, expressed through bespoke material selections, couture-inspired lighting, and meticulous craftsmanship that reflects the brand’s ethos of timeless, understated luxury.

Amenity zones and clubhouses are positioned centrally within both master plans, connecting residents to landscaped environments while maintaining residential privacy.
