Karan Sawaitul is a Lead Architect with extensive experience in delivering thoughtful, context-driven design solutions across a wide range of project typologies. His expertise spans architectural design, planning, and execution, with a strong focus on creating functional, efficient, and aesthetically compelling built environments.
He has led design development, coordination, and execution across diverse sectors including hospitality, institutional, medical, residential, government, and industrial projects demonstrating versatility in handling projects of varying scales and complexities.

After completing his Bachelor of Architecture in Nagpur, India, Karan relocated to the Delhi NCR region, where he contributed to large-scale residential developments ranging from 10 to 25 acres, with built-up areas between 1 to 1.7 million sq. ft.
His institutional portfolio includes a 280-acre university campus project, encompassing hostels, faculty housing, a chancellor’s villa, academic buildings, dining and activity centers, as well as medical and administrative facilities.

Karan has also developed strong expertise in industrial architecture, working on projects such as a 3.2 lakh sq. ft. food manufacturing facility for Haldiram’s and a 2 lakh sq. ft. printing factory, gaining in-depth understanding of operational workflows and functional planning.

In the hospitality sector, he has been involved in resort developments across 8-acre sites, including villas, wellness and therapy blocks (mud and hydrotherapy), restaurants, and recreational spaces. His experience further extends to hotel and mixed-use commercial developments, including projects under the Hilton brand.

His government project experience includes railway station redevelopment on a 13-acre site with approximately 5.5 lakh sq. ft. of built-up area, integrating station buildings, concourses, foot overbridges (FOBs), and multi-level car parking (MLCP).
