“Sky Rise” is not just a housing project, but a rich environment that facilitates in rejuvenation of Mind, Body and Soul. Designed with the principal construct of promoting wellbeing of the residents and to act as a place that the residents look forward to coming back to after a long day at work.
The 120 meter tower is fractalized into social spaces at various levels, creating social and interactive spaces for the residents. Designed as a modular system, each module comprises of max five floors sandwiched between social and green spaces. It translates the idea of living in a villa, transformed into a skyscraper. The residents are maximum 3 floors away from a social space that is defined based on their interest and choice. Social spaces like co working, spa, party hall and many more along with outdoor green terraces for residents to go for a stroll and feel connected to nature.
A generous central landscape, ensures a design where the resident have open views on both side of the development. Various activities are embedded in the landscape, sky terraces and the club house for the residents. These activities range from Yoga, open air movie garden, art pavilions, kids play area, reflexology terrace, spa, gym, squash court, badminton courts, rock garden, zen garden, mist terraces, book club, dance club, games room to name a few.
Wood is used as a façade material to extend the theme of living within nature, that also acts as a brise soleil and give uninterrupted views to the residents.
