Designed as a mixed-use complex for young professionals, the design looks at creating spaces to synergize the residents and create community living.

The lower part of the built form accommodates commercial activities such as co-working, shops, bars, restaurants, sauna, steam, gym, cinema along with a host of other activities for the residents to rewind and rejuvenate.

Interact was designed to feel one with the whole community rather than living in isolation. Everyone plays a part in this community and occupies one pixel. The building program and structure are Modular in nature. The lower floors host commercial programs and are clearly distinguished in the form with the gap. Bachelor living starts with that recessed floor which offers a variety of social indoor and outdoor spaces. A complete floor as a platform full of opportunities. No better place to meet friends or make new friends. These social spaces offer opportunities to meet, cook or eat together, to play indoor or outdoor games, or just to hang out together.

This large central courtyard is giving the bachelor community living a heart and clear center. A central landscape that offers various outdoor games and spaces to hang out or watch a match together in the evening on the large screen.

This design is facilitating a together feeling in all dimensions. Each floor has social spaces around the cores and some common terraces. Additionally, there are roof terraces for joined social events as well as private terraces. There are also photovoltaic panels on the top terraces to offset the electricity demand making this a net zero-project.
