Living Green

“Living Green” is an homage to Habitat 67 by Moshe Safdie. There is an inherent beauty in juxtaposing modular units and creating a stepped plan, where each unit has a privacy and views, along with over the edge glazing.

The design looks at creating a central courtyard which is the heart of the project and acts as a confluence point for the residents. The built form delineates the relationship between the built and landscape and by creating a stratum of shifting volumes. This gives a human scale to the units and the built form.

Design as a modular system, each space is designed as a module that opens up towards the landscape. Tope terraces are used for social activities for the residents, that include terrace farming, juice bar and yoga studio.

Green is the dominant element for the design, both on the ground floor landscaping and building façade.
