M3M Crown is a concept driven luxurious residential project nestled in Sector 111, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon. The design focuses on being a disconnect from the urban jungle to a serene abode within the lush greenspace. To develop the lifestyle of residents around nature amidst the urban, has been the concept for landscape as it emerges through a bloom of petals. Site planning intends to provide spectacular views of the surrounding landscape meticulously created to value comfort and convenience. The design is in such a way that every apartment faces one of the gardens around. The symbolic integration of petals in the site plan directs an organic vision, with its water features flowing along and enhancing the microclimate.

The landscape smoothly engulfs the concrete creating a clubhouse, comprising of all the spaces one could wish for near their abode. Starting from the basement covering three zones it allows a deep dive into luxurious amenities. The space connects with the landscape till its terrace with stepped greenery, creating an amphitheatre. Open air corridors and elevated green terrace creates a permeable architectural envelope. Fluidity of architecture effortlessly combines the movement of users towards the landscape. All the zones of clubhouse are planned with an intent to glance over various elements of nature around.

The driving force for facade design is organic reimagined petals growing vertically over the high-rise towers. It draws inspiration from the form and ends at the terrace giving a higher stature to the built as a metaphorical crown. Thoroughly arranged metallic fins reinforces the building’s aesthetics while serving practical function. The strategic shift of curvature of facade element at the second floor creates a drop off, and a shade for pedestrian walkways. The anodized metal finish enhances the reflective quality of the facade which along with lighting considerations can create a striking night time presence.
