Devendra is an Architect with over 11 years of professional experience in the field of architecture, planning, and real estate development. A graduate of Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal (2015), he has developed strong expertise across diverse project typologies including group housing, commercial developments, hospitality, institutional projects, railway station redevelopment and large-scale master planning. He began his professional journey with reputed architectural firms, where he progressed to the role of Lead Architect and demonstrating his capability to handle projects of varying scale and complexity.

Over the course of his career, Devendra has been actively involved in the design and execution of significant projects across India. With a strong foundation in real estate architecture, Devendra specializes in concept design, project planning, and preparation of submission and working drawings in compliance with development regulations. His expertise also extends to façade design, project feasibility assessment, and preparation of DPRs, with a keen focus on delivering efficient, market-responsive, and technically sound solutions.

Devendra combines strong design sensibility with practical execution skills, ensuring seamless integration of design, structure, and services. He plays a key role in driving projects from concept through to completion.
