Launch of Aveda Arenium Luxury Residences, Mohali, Punjab

Aveda Arenium Luxury Residences, designed by Studio Symbiosis for DKG Landcorp, was formally launched on 18 July 2026 in Mohali, Punjab.

Studio Symbiosis founding partner Amit Gupta was invited as guest speaker at the launch, where he set out the vision and design intent behind the project. He spoke about the architectural thinking that shaped Aveda Arenium and the studio’s approach to a distinctive expression of contemporary luxury living.

The launch brought the development’s ambition and the studio’s design philosophy into the same room, marking the point at which the architecture moved from drawing to public proposition. Aveda Arenium is conceived as a residential destination in which architectural identity, refined living and a strong sense of place are treated as a single problem rather than three separate ones.

Studio Symbiosis continues as design architect on the project. Further detail will follow as the scheme progresses.
